first off id like to say good work on beta3

this pr has much improved of the previous
but as im sure you are aware there is much to still be improved apon

while we all bicker and argue about the important things like weapons and balance and new features

this thread isnt about such things , instead , its about those other things that make the mod all shiney

Spawning and mapping

spawning still needs to be addressed further
while major inprovments have been made for example doomship
there are spawn points everywhere and if ur not careful u may find ur self cut off from the group and surrounded

it needs more work, after 5 mins of playing you have learnt the patterns of spawn for the monsters and can easly last for as long as ur ammo does
you know what room spawns what monster and how rufly how often
-ie- kill 2 claw guys and a baby then ur around to kill the claw aprochin form behind then find the flying skull-repeat-

it needs to be alot more random so that players are kept on their toes no matter what difficulty level they are playing

so i have some ideas 4 u to investigate
if you have 6 spawn points in a room maby you can make it randomly pick 3 points and put a random(yet approperiate) monster out of it
then every 10seconds it picks 3 new points and monsters to generate

then you wouldnt know where the next monster is coming from or what it was going to be

the rate of spawn and type of monsters could be adjusted by the difficulty set on the server

if any of that is not possable
perhaps it can be set so that each spawn point is realy just 2 spawn entities and they are set at alternating spawn times , and alternating incriments used so spawning is constantly varied through out room

Thanks for the input. The team has been discussing this very idea so it may be included in a later release.
