Just checked out the beta and while it was fun the game looked different. Have you tampered with the engine to make it run more beasties at once or am I experiencing some technical difficulties? |

Would you care to further explain in what way it looked different?
No "tampering" has been done codewise since a custom gamex86.dll has not been included. |

Well, if I recall there was a custom config file included...I believe the settings were on normal quality, so if u were running ultra or high before your gonna need to change back. I'm pretty sure this was done for performance reasons. _________________ -MercyKiller |

I've been running the game on High but with a number of tweaks to the CFG, changing refresh rate and the like. I'll have around after I've taken some screenshots to show you what I mean. It's probably due to the custom config included. Other than that I thought the beta was awesome |

Try replacing the doom3config file in the lms mod folder with the one in your base. |

Bleh, I'm getting the same problem. I replaced the CFG with mine, but the models still look like ass. Any ideas? |

Do you have any autoexec stuff with graphical settings? Putting that in might help... _________________ -MercyKiller |

Hey, send me/us the "bad" cfg and we'll see if it happens with us too. If it does then we'll use the elimination technique to find the problem. |
